1. Introduction

Welcome to Desirely.ai! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Desirely.ai application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Desirely.ai provides an AI dating and companion platform that allows users to interact with AI-generated characters and personalities. Our Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require payment of fees through subscription plans or coin purchases ("Paid Services"). By subscribing to a Paid Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If we change pricing for a subscription plan, we will provide notice to you. Your continued use of the Paid Services after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content you submit through the Service. However, you acknowledge that conversations with AI companions may be used to improve our Service and AI models.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service provides AI-generated content, including text, images, and interactions. You understand and acknowledge that:

• AI characters are not real people and do not represent real individuals
• AI-generated content is created algorithmically and may sometimes produce unexpected, inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate responses
• AI-generated images are synthetic and do not depict real people
• We continuously work to improve our AI systems but cannot guarantee perfect results

You agree not to interpret AI responses as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.) and acknowledge that the Service is provided for entertainment purposes.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
