How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Go to Settings > Subscriptions > Manage, and follow the cancellation process. Your subscription benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my purchased coins?

Purchased coins never expire and remain in your account even if you cancel your subscription. You can use them at any time for premium messages, image generation, or other coin-based features.

Is my information and conversations private?

We take your privacy seriously. Your conversations are encrypted and kept private. We use conversation data to improve our AI models, but this is done in a way that protects your identity. You can review our Privacy Policy for more details.
